Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the quantity of goods ordered and the shipping costs will be calculated and shown to you during the order process.

We ship with Austrian Post or DHL and within Austria we ship free for orders with a value over Euro 100.

For the shipping for countries outside of Austria we use the Austrian Post or DHL. The costs will be shown to you during the ordering process and they will be calculated according to weight or dimensions and will be displayed to you. We ship free worldwide for orders over Euro 290.

Pick up in the house means that the goods, after full payment, will be picked up from you at our shop 1050 Vienna, Hamburgerstrasse 6.

We ship insured. However, receipt of the shipment is not insured if you have deposited a delivery permit with the post office. There is no insurance cover for packages that have been left and disappeared after delivery and you bear the risk of receiving the shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a replacement.
